I think this is just beautiful. It pulls the viewer in with its slow-moving, ambient peacefulness and the endearing cuteness of the boy and his plight. I think at the end the woman knew the boy had died and tried to finally take notice of his efforts, but realized it was too late to do anything. It's both darkly hilarious and heartbreaking.
