By TOS violation, do you mean that the idea of inclusion of other artists' animations may not be in line? I would assume there would be agreement requested from each artist before any inclusion in a final piece. If it's the alternate reality game idea you're wondering about, I don't know the answer. It just seemed like a good way to further the marketing for RadioHead and their material that tis contest has started.
