If you are into that electronic sound, perhaps check out Massive Attack's 100th Window Album. Track 2 may help you establish similare feeling without having your audience tear out their eardrums. I am not attempting to Bash your production, just trying to give some pointers to help improve

The sound is just Horrible... I couldn't imagine how terrible this would be in a theater where you couldn't mute the sound. You can keep the same volume just EQ the mids lower, I know a little has to do with the compression the web site gives it, but ... wow... really horrid. Consider a new sound track.

An awful lot of stock footage and sound used. Not as easily accessible, but search for Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation (not the video or album) - a Short film, had the EXACT cloud scene. I only give credit for the composting and color matching (which takes no real skill any more, just software package dependent) thanks for helping me waste some time.
