The cartoon characters represent the people in the song... Miss Mousie, the little mouse represents the mother. The little red haired girl "Teddy girl" represents the child. Mr Frog, The frog represents me, the producer of the song and video,who wants to bring comfort and friendship.

Good work, but i didn't understand the rat n the other thingys though.
