hmm.... its ok, animation is chopy though. and music is kinda off at times.

This second edit is better than the first one, but at times still confusing. I feel there is a disjunction between the rhythm of the soundtrack and the pace of your edit: some cuts come at the wrong moments, the tension points in the action don't have their sound equivalent. You could have edited out some action that we see twice (you wouldn't have time to show all this if this was a real advert!). I don't think the fly-through shot was essential; a cross-fade could have done the same job here.
