For those who want to know what I used, I used: Pivot 3 Beta for the Animating, Windows Movie Maker for the Editing and Flashkit.com for the Sounds and Loops.

This one took me a couple of hours to do, its supposed to make you say Lol... wut?. Its pretty messed up, but its an animation. I used Pivot 3 Beta, WMM and Flashkit. (I cant get rid of the line in the middle so ignore it) Enjoy!
