Looks awesome, a suggestion I have is if you want a really cartoony effect make the outlines bigger, otherwise it's awseome, can't wait to see it done.

very nice! 24fps is looking good for you, the only advice i have to give to you is to slow down the hand movements by just a little bit. i liked it a lot.
