Now that we're down to the wire, I have to say I'm more convinced than ever that The Von Vamps is by far the all around best entry. Having watched almost every one, I can truly say this one is more polished than the others, and the attention to detail is pure genius.If the judges at Fox really look at all the entries,this one should go all the way.Great job. Good luck

I like the clean, cut-out-like design aesthetic you've employed. Were any real textures integrated into your artwork? E.g. photos or scans of actual fabrics, barkcloth, etc.

Thank you very much. All of the texture in the Von Vamps is made of different types of paper and some papers that are meant to look like fabric. Everything was handcut, assembled, scanned, then taken apart, scanned and put back together on the computer for animating purposes. Lots of steps, but we think the outcome is worth it...Thanks for viewing and the positive comment!

i see this as being a cool concept, but the execution could have been better. a little slow-paced for my taste, and not terribly funny. great artwork and design, though. great potential.
