it looks like he's using his thermal eyelaser to melt the metal which increases the room temperature causing dehydration of himself, which causes shrinking, but because he has sped up the process of evaporation, invisible precipitation has cause him to grow 3x the process of a regular human...i think, anyways, COOL!!
