There must be rules,regulations, and a "dress " code,for ALL Applicants and Members alike. All the weapons,costumes and teams of "X" are in NINJABOOM "style " ( see http://www.aniboom.com/animation-video/394990/Ninj a-Boom/ ) costumes are basically all the same, with little changes permitted, Applicants can choose their color(s),and their weapons (within our "ninja nation" and "universe" ) pt.1
