Those backgrounds were amazing. The cartoon kid and the monster moving in a fairlys till background made me think of sections of Final Fantasy 7.

Very nice! It looks really beatiful and I like the mix of styles a lot..! Only the music didn't work for me. it's so sweet while everything allready looks sweet, it makes it all feel trivial. a darker and more mysterious sountrack would create more tension i think..

Pretty animation. Short but interesting story.
