Well to make characters on bryce you need to group different objects together. Example Group 1 the arm Group 2 the leg. Or if you make a really simple character you don't need to group them. Personally I think a "government" is a little unfair on everyone else trying to make it big in the animating world. Yeah, there should be people who know their way around the site organising competitions and keeping order, but too much control can lead to arrogance. Calling yourself "president" seems a little overdone. You're going to need to tread very carefully if this is to go ahead.
