This is very cool but I can't help but think that it would benefit from being shot properly. Might be able to use microsmotion to get a clearer run.

Rats enter suberban houses via the sewers. They emerge from plug holes, tumble driers...under the bed. The rats chew their way through doors etc until they destroy the houses. The houses are rebuilt and the whole process starts again.
