I decided to use butterflies to represent the freedoms guaranteed by the Declaration of Independence.

This Piece explores what it is to be human. Are some more equal than others. The robotic character also symbolizes the manufactured conformity of 21st century living.

The idea for this video is that the viewer is actually "in" the Declaration of Independence as it is being written. It uses aesthetics and z-depth to lend believability to the concept.

Decided to finish up my submission idea for: The People Speak competition from a while back. The signing of the Declaration of Independence leads to the invasion of the British, the midnight ride of Paul Revere, and the call to arms of the minute men.
