Chakkaz means Eunuchs or Neutors in India. This is a short music video kinda comedy stuff where a Eunuch starts singing and dancing on a freeway. He sings "Main aisa kyun hoon?" means "Why am i like this?" Eventually the people starts appreciating the eunuch and he becomes the new cine star.
