This is a story about friendship and following your dreams. It is told through the interactions between the main character and a small, handicapped creature he meets named “Loppy.”

This is the story of what happens when a guy, bored with his everyday life, decides to order a puppy from a mail-order dog service, and doesn’t get exactly what he expects.
