After his pet goldfish dies - a young boys follows him down the toilette into the threatening and mysterious polluted world of the under seas in order to try and retrieve it.

A boy follows his dead goldfish down the toilette. He encounters a weird world destroyed by pollution. He follows the ghost of his goldfish along and gets caught in an existential loop.
