GenkiGoth is made up of Dee Jay Smith and Miriam Medina. Their beginnings are humble, hitting up the convention scene and working freelance while they worked retail and studied. Feeling that their education was still lacking, they moved from Florida to Minnesota. They are currently in Minneapolis on their last stretch of getting their BFA's in animation and loving every minute of it. Their interests are diverse; Dee Jay is quite the digital guru while Miriam favors the traditional. They like to vary things up, exploring the many things that animation has to offer although they find 2d animation the most fun to do.
