Animator and illustrator Dale Hayward took home the prize for best one minute film at the Animation Block Party Festival in Brooklyn, NY. His old cinema style stop-motion cartoon, "The Flower" has been making people laugh on the aniBoom channel on YouTube and at festivals around the world.

Dale Hayward lives in Quebec, Canada and works primarily in the stop motion animation medium.

aniBoom is busy working hard to promote "The Flower" on our partner channels and plans to include it in the line up for our new series “Aniboom Freestyle – the best of indie animation”.
