o ok, so how ya doin, you kno what, heres an idea, go to one of ur vids and click edit and press backup, then exit out of the page ( dont click X but click one of the things on top like create or home) then go back to the vids and click edit again then press restore, then click NEW and try to see if it works ( dont do 100 frames or somethin cos it might not work, try atleast 3 and see if it saves, good luck)

By when i say where u changed ur pic before, i mean where u put ur first avatar, which is that doctor u have on right now

O ah yes, a wise question :), basically you make a really short animation, the tops is like 17 frames or less, then instead of saving it, click export, when the pic comes up after all the frames are done loading, right click on that shizzle, and save it!!! theeeen, go to where you changed your pic before, and change it to the new great wonderful animation thing you just busted out, and abracadabra, your new avatar sir? lol, hope it helped.
