Notes from the Underground publishes cartoons, animations, short stories, poetry and arts based non-fiction from a range of writers both new and established in a 24 page paper that we distribute for free. After our launch in December last year, our readership has grown quite quickly. We now have a distribution figure of 100,000 and have published stories from the likes of William Boyd, Peter James, Guy Burt and debut novelists Richard Milward and Lewis Crofts as well as host of up and coming writers. Our aim is to bring accessible writing to a wide reading audience and to create a real dialogue between the publication and its readers by encouraging unsolicited contributions. www.notesfromtheunderground.co.uk
