About Me:
César Hernán Barrangou was born in 1978 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He studied cinema and animation at the Institute of Cinematographic Arts of Avellaneda (Instituto de Arte Cinematográfico de la ciudad de Avellaneda -I.D.A.C.-).
He also has a Master in Animation (Buenos Aires Communication School of Cinema, TV and Video) and has worked for several movies and animated series.
At the present moment he is producing and directing his own projects.
