About Me:
I'm a young Animator from Northern VA. who is primarily a character Animator. I work in a mixed media of hand-drawing and computer compositing. I bought my first Cintiq this year, so I'm branching out into drawing frame by frame directly into the computer via Illustrator or Photoshop and compositing in Motion. I am a skilled editor in Final Cut Studio where I put the finishing touch on everything. Truily I do it all from punching my own paper to Editing. I inbetween all my own material and make my own backgrounds. I'm always looking for a partner to share the load with, but North Virginia is not a hotbed of 2D Animators, nor really even art students who can be taught to inbetween.

Hand_drawn Animation, Social Reform, Fighting Injustice, Raging against the Capitalist Machine, Enlightenment of the Ignorant, Drum Circles, Spiritual Quests, Protests, living green and clean....
...and playing the auto harp after my embroidery lessons.
Music:
Folk/protest, were talking old school too, Woody Guthrie, Pete Seeger, Phil Ochs, Tom Paxton, John Fahey, Richard and Mimi Farina, Bob Marley...and..uh a slight mix of Daft Punk and Chemical Brothers.... I mean hey, It Began In Africa ca ca ca ca ca ca ca ca
Movies:
It's so strange a mix and so hard to explain, I'm just not going to go there, but here's a peek into the Rabbit Hole... I like "Soy Cuba" and "Master and Commander" and would easily watch them both on the same night, in fact I might just do that tonight!!!!!
Television:
aside from the BBC International News channel. I really don't watch it too much...cartoon channels excepted, but that's mostly to size up the filthy competition!
Books:
Once again, a strange selection..."Judge Dee" Mystery Novels, followed by "Master and Commander" with a little "Voyage to Archtouris" on the side.

Influences:
God, I can't deny God... after that it's Don Bluth, Richard Williams, Ralph Bakshi, Herbal Keys to the golden spiritual path and the desire to leave the town I have been living in for the past 27 years.
Addictions:
Recluesivness...please guys, talk to me, make fun of me, whatever, I really joined AniBoom to find some like minded Animator Friends to communicate with. Otherwise I'm in my basement with the Light board and hole puncher.
