Beyond the Window is a poetic animated short, telling the story of a young boy dreaming away in front of his bedside window, free in mind but bound to his wheelchair in body. When his imagination offers him a way out in the shape of a jester, he realises that true freedom lies beyond the window.

The film is about the relationship between a girl and her canvas-residing pet. Through their interactions, she learns that to truly understand others, she must stand in their shoes and view the world from their perspectives or she might be missing out on an important part of the whole picture.
