A lonely man lives in the wilderness with nothing to pass the time other then collecting firewood. On one of his trips out, he comes across a fallen angel in a tree. He takes the angel home and nurses him better. From this act of kindness a strong friendship grows.

The story is about a woman that feels that there is something that is not right about her. she increasing feels that her existence is not real.
