Do you live in Los Angeles? I have seen this sad foot on crutches on billboards. Is it for Foot Doctor or something like that? I don't know if the reference is intentional, but if not, I feel you are at risk for copyright infringement, despite your admittedly very charming storyboards.

My entry was inspired by the sign but it's not based on it. and i've never seen any billboards or other advertisments, just one sign for a small foot clinic on sunset. so no risk.

I don't know . . . I haven't lived in LA for 3 years and I caught it right away. Others will too. Your character is identical, right down to the bandaged toe. Again, you HAVE done an amazing job, but there is too much at stake to not point out that this is a borrowed character.
